Dior posts on a daily basis, featuring a mix of company and industry-related content. This includes news, updates, and makeup trends. The company appears to be most effective on Facebook because it has the highest number of user engagement (likes, comments). Dior mostly posts content for promotional purposes to generate buzz and gather feedback. Feedback through comments is generally positive, as users rave about their favourite products such as lipstick and lip-gloss, and recent experiences. The company does not do a good job at responding to comments, displaying a lack of presence and interest in what users have to say.

Overall, Dior has a good social media presence, however they must recognize the importance of engaging with their followers. Not doing so makes the company look neglectful of what people have to say about their brand.
